Meet Scarlet, a sweetheart who just wants to be your friend. She's a very happy dog, with lots of energy and no aggression! She's very friendly and curious, and loves to be touched, petted and get belly rubs. She was rescued from the streets of South Los Angeles during a big cat spay and neuter event. While she's not a cat, we just couldn't let this friendly girl stay on the streets. She lovers her walks, loves to play and can even run on a treadmill! She's working with a trainer learning all her basic commands, but her goal is always to please! Her foster says, 'Scarlett is great with kids! She loves them. We were once out and there was a group of girls who wanted to sit with her. She climbed on one for their laps and just ate up the attention!' She might be a bit high energy for really little kids, but is working on her training! Scarlett would like to go hiking or on nice walks with you! We also think she would do well in a house with cats once properly introduced. Please give this very grateful girl the loving forever home she so badly deserves!
