Hershey-Kiss was rescued from a 3 foot chain by Animal Control. The vet had to remove the chain that was embedded in his neck and Hershey has completely recovered! He is super adorable, loves to give sweet kisses! Hershey is a young, athletic dog. He is a bit nervous with new people, therefore, we are looking to place him into a calm, structured, adult home with yard access. He rides well in the car, loves to get belly rubs and snuggle with you! Hershey also likes other dogs, even smaller dogs. He's one of these very special dogs that you will find once-in-a-lifetime!
