Little Joey has come a long way: Found on the streets of Bakersfield, he must have had a rough life, as he didn't trust anybody at first. Joey received professional training and he has learned that humans can be a lot of fun and that he can feel safe with us. Joey is a tiny guy with a huge personality. He is still a bit nervous with new people but once comfortable, he puts on a show for you. He's all silliness and fun. Joey loves to snuggle and if he could, he would simply stay in your lap all the time or snuggle up under the covers. He is house trained and crate trained and rides well in the car. Joey would be a great match as an only dog or with another dog similar to his size. Joey is simply a super cute little guy! We are looking for an adoptive home or long-term foster home for Joey.
